Passionate about the richness of cultures and committed to promoting living together, Nathalie Lévesque is the founder and director of La Boîte interculturelle, an organization dedicated to building bridges between communities through art, education and collaboration in rural areas. She is eager to explore and is captivated by the richness that animates our planet.
Nathalie is a visionary and pioneer in her field, with a career enriched by international experience, notably in Morocco. She continues to inspire and motivate others to celebrate cultural diversity as a strength and source of mutual enrichment.

Athina Lavoie – Volunteer
Athina has collaborated with Nathalie since 2016 and contributed to the launch of La Boîte interculturelle in 2018.
After a pause, she returns as a volunteer to support Nathalie’s creative and communications needs, bringing her experience and a fresh perspective to help advance and amplify the organization’s mission.

Ryunosuke Yamazumi
Originally from Japan, Ryunosuke Yamazumi is a multidisciplinary circus artist who has diversified and perfected his skills over the years.
At the age of 22, he made the bold decision to move to Quebec to train and specialize in circus arts at the École de Cirque de Québec. Although he doesn’t speak a word of French, he has an irresistible desire to become a circus artist.
Ryu has since developed an artistic expertise in balloon juggling, Chinese mat and tree balancing acts.
He took part in training courses to develop his skills in the complementary fields of theater, dance and singing.
Ryunosuke collaborates and contributes to numerous artistic projects and has taken part in many international festivals.
Ryu’s performances have won him numerous prestigious awards around the world. He is now recognized by his peers as an artist of great skill and ability, but also for his creativity and humanity.
His perseverance over the past 25 years is unquestionable. Also a singer and musician, Ryunosuke Yamazumi is a circus artist full of passion and talent. He now wishes to pursue his professional path by creating a new show that will enable him to develop his sensibility, highlight his culture and Japanese origins, and demonstrate his artistic excellence.
