Fields of Artists

Quand l’art et la terre se rencontrent

These short films embody a celebration of diversity, creativity, and rural life, highlighting unique and universal stories. Together, they illustrate how art and the land can combine to sow inspiration and dialogue within our communities. With these films, Champs d’artistes invites viewers to reflect, marvel, and celebrate the importance of living together, while valuing human and cultural richness.

Synopsis

La Boîte interculturelle’s Champs d’artiste project was much more than a simple artistic adventure: it was a profound human encounter. As the director of photography on this project, I had the chance to forge connections with extraordinary people, to share their daily lives, and to discover their horizons. This project is not limited to creation; it builds genuine bridges between different realities. And this is just the beginning: with the upcoming tour across Quebec, these short films will continue to showcase this wonderful experience of sharing and diversity.” | Dany Janvier
