La Pocatière, July 8th, 2025 – La Boîte interculturelle is pleased to announce that Journées de la culture 2025 will be an official presentation in collaboration with All African Delights, a Canadian company that celebrates African culinary traditions through authentic, tasty products.
Founded by Gaelle Fodjo, All African Delights has made a name for itself with snacks inspired by Cameroonian culture, notably Chin Chin, a crunchy delicacy that evokes conviviality and sharing. The company stands out for its commitment to showcasing African culinary heritage while building bridges between cultures through food.

The Journées de la culture 2025, to be held from September 26 to 28, offer a rich and inclusive program, where tradition, creativity and world flavors meet in a spirit of sharing and openness. Thanks to the generosity of All African Delights, free samplings will be offered at each of the events organized by La Boîte interculturelle, allowing the public to discover the authentic flavours of the Chin Chin and taste a part of Africa’s culinary heritage.
