Saint-Adelphe, February 8th, 2024 – La Boîte interculturelle, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing cultures together through the arts, is delighted to announce that it has received the award Innovation mauricienne Mékinac sector. The award was presented at the gala organized by Place aux Jeunes Mauricie on February 7th 2024 under the inspirational theme “La vie en région, t’as ça en toi”.
The prize awarded by Place aux Jeunes Mauricie is in recognition of the openness of La Boîte interculturelle, its work in rural regions and its reflex to integrate regional communities in an authentic way. This award is of particular significance, especially as it was presented as part of Regions’ Week, which runs from 5 to 9 February.
La Boîte wishes to express its deep gratitude to Place aux Jeunes Mauricie for this distinction, which underlines the importance of promoting life in the regions as a source of cultural and social inspiration.
