Saint-Adelphe, October 22, 2024 – La Boîte interculturelle is delighted to announce the launch of an ambitious capacity-building project designed to take the organization to the next level. Thanks to the invaluable support of the Government of Canada‘s Multiculturalism Program, we will be able to broaden our vision, consolidate our actions and strategically plan for the years ahead to better meet the needs of the communities we serve.
This project will enable us to develop essential tools for better internal management, improve our operational efficiency, and increase our impact in terms of inclusion and community involvement. By strengthening our strategic planning skills, we aim to create an even more interconnected Box, capable of building bridges between cultures and fostering diversity through innovative projects.
La Boîte interculturelle’s mission has always been to create spaces for people from different backgrounds to meet and exchange ideas. This new chapter in our organizational development marks a crucial step for the future of our initiatives, enabling us to better structure ourselves and amplify our role as a catalyst for change in society.
